📋 Description

• Prepare and maintain SiGe Plans for a variety of construction projects • Prepare construction site rules, prior notices, and project-specific occupational health and safety documentation • Systematically document safety-related requirements, measures, and consultations • Perform quality assurance of documentation to ensure completeness, traceability, and technical plausibility • Support the coordination of safety-related topics among clients, design stakeholders, contractors, and other project partners • Track outstanding items, deadlines, and measures as part of SiGe coordination • Prepare consultations, project meetings, and decision-making materials • Communicate with internal departments and external contacts • Provide technical support on matters relating to construction site safety, occupational health and safety, and health coordination • Review project-related information to derive appropriate protective measures • Contribute construction expertise to the assessment of risks, processes, and organizational requirements • Help develop templates, standards, and digital processes in the area of SiGe coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable technical field; alternatively, a construction-related qualification with relevant practical experience • Technical understanding of construction planning, site management, architecture, civil engineering, or SiGe coordination • Experience preparing, editing, or technically reviewing SiGe Plans • Excellent German language skills • Structured approach to work • Confident use of digital tools • Completed qualification as a Safety and Health Coordinator in accordance with the German Construction Site Ordinance and RAB 30 is an advantage • Practical experience with construction site rules, prior notices, or occupational health and safety project documentation is desirable • Knowledge of coordinating construction projects, design stakeholders, or contractors would be an advantage
