📋 Description

• Develop quantitative models for pricing, execution, and risk management • Analyze financial market data including tick data, order books, trade executions, and historical data • Research and develop systematic trading strategies using statistical and machine learning techniques • Build and maintain back-testing frameworks to evaluate trading strategies • Monitor slippage, spreads, latency, liquidity, and execution quality • Develop risk models covering exposure, VaR, drawdown, and stress testing • Build automated analytical tools and dashboards using Python and SQL • Optimize data pipelines and maintain data quality for quantitative research • Work closely with traders, developers, and infrastructure teams to improve trading systems • Prepare research reports and present quantitative findings to management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in financial markets, particularly FX, CFDs, Equities, or Futures • Strong Python and SQL skills • Good understanding of statistics, data analysis, and quantitative modelling • Experience with financial market data, trading strategies, or back-testing • Knowledge of machine learning or quantitative research is an advantage • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills • Able to work effectively with trading, technology, and infrastructure teams
