📋 Description

• Ensure success and maintain close client relationships by understanding their business pain points and advising on the strategic use of Arvo's solutions. • Translate complex operational challenges into testable hypotheses and practical, data-driven diagnoses. • Design, tune, and evaluate custom AI models and agents for each client, collaborating directly with a technical squad from prototype to production. • Develop technical and business reports, analyses, and dashboards to demonstrate the financial and operational impact of solutions to internal and external stakeholders. • Prioritize the features and initiative roadmap per client, balancing potential financial return with technical feasibility. • Lead onboarding sessions and periodic follow-up rituals (check-ins) to ensure product adoption and evolution. • Coordinate handoffs between internal Product, Operations, and Development teams to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of prior experience combining business insight and data analysis (e.g., strategy consulting, product operations, applied data science, or related roles). • Technical proficiency and hands-on experience manipulating data using Python and/or SQL. • Solid understanding of client management and corporate operations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical data into compelling business narratives. • Bachelor's degree completed in quantitative or business fields (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related).
