📋 Description

• Collaborate with AspenTech sales teams to lead consultative discovery sessions, craft visionary solutions, and design customer-tailored strategies • Lead and execute the technical qualification of solutions to a business outcome • Understand regional Metals & Mining, LNG, Specialty Chemicals and Polymer markets and stay abreast of industry and customer developments • Learn the complete AspenTech product portfolio and apply products to solve customer business challenges • Develop messaging and materials positioning AspenTech solutions, adapting for regional or market differences • Accompany Sales Teams in customer meetings and articulate AspenTech's broader industry vision • Demonstrate AspenTech's value to target markets through solution programs • Engage senior customer executives regarding AspenTech's role in digitalization journeys • Develop industry-specific solutions aligning technology with measurable business value • Provide market input to Product Management Teams to improve solution adoption • Identify and lead sales campaigns to improve reach, pipeline, and awareness • Train and educate Sales Account Managers and Solution Consultants on regional customer engagement • Present AspenTech solutions at major global trade shows and events

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Metals & Mining, LNG, Specialty Chemicals and Polymer industries selling software solutions • Engineering Degree preferred • Experience in all aspects of the Metals & Mining, LNG, Specialty Chemicals and Polymer industries, best practices and processes • Proficiency in one or several AspenTech Solution areas, particularly Asset Performance Management, Advanced Control & Optimization, Digital Twins, and Data Historization & Fabric • Knowledge of AI/ML solutions and their application in solutions and industry • Ability to bridge technology and business, articulating high-level technical solutions and differentiated value • Problem-solving and analytical skills based on stakeholder interactions and data insights • Drive to convert opportunities into recognized value for customers • Ability to travel up to 35%
