📋 Description

• Support and assist in designing and implementing the Supply Chain Operations template • Merge business and IT needs to maximize S/4 HANA efficiency and utilization • Work closely with the Lead Solution Architect – Sales & Operations to meet SAP implementation deliverables • Configure and support SAP P2P processes and associated developments according to S/4 HANA best practices • Lead and support the Operations area in SAP implementation projects from solution and architecture perspectives • Ensure timely completion and quality of project activities • Facilitate requirement gathering and solution design for warehouse processes and integrations with sales, customer service, procurement, finance, and product management workstreams • Create and maintain functional specifications for WRICEF objects • Analyze, create, and document business processes during project implementation • Support configuration, testing, training, migration, cutover, go-live, and upgrade phases • Support incidents and change requests for live business units

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor / master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline is required • Minimum 8 to 10 years of consulting experience with multiple industries • Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations / rollouts and support experience in SAP MM module in S/4 HANA or SAP ECC projects • Knowledge of integration across sales and logistics processes in SAP as a lead application architect • Hands-on experience defining organization structure, master data, procurement, inbound processing, putaway, goods receipt, RF setup, outbound processing, picking, packing, goods issue, stock transfer, physical inventory, and kitting • Experience delivering large, complex, global engagements involving multi-currency, multi-location, and multi-organization complexities • Solution design capabilities to reengineer business processes • Knowledge of process modelling, ERP and packaged application fit/gap analysis, and industry or regional process nuances • Understanding of SAP Best Practices, master data, EWM module, integrations, and technology • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and demonstrate flexibility when presented with change • Ability to lead and support a team environment • Strong communication skills in English • Self-driven and motivated • Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities within constrained timelines • SAP S/4 HANA Certification in SAP MM and/or EWM desirable • Knowledge of embedded analytics, Fiori user experience, and SAP Cloud Platform desirable • Availability to work European time zone and, as needed, US/APAC time zones
