📋 Description

• Define, prioritize, and manage product requirements and feature backlogs for biometric reader solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements, maintenance releases, and new product introductions • Represent customer, partner, and market needs throughout the product development lifecycle • Ensure documentation, training, certifications, pricing, and messaging are up to date and accurate • Communicate product strategy, functionality, and value proposition to internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams • Define and communicate clear, actionable, and verifiable product requirements addressing internal, external, and market problems • Lead and drive activities independently to ensure deliverables meet functional and quality expectations and provide exceptional customer experiences • Act as the single point of contact for feature-level decisions, clarifications, and prioritization • Align business objectives, roadmap, and execution with the overall PACS Biometric Readers Solution roadmap, strategic vision, and business priorities • Work with Product & Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Support, Sales, Pre-Sales, and customer/partner contacts • Maintain, enhance, support, evangelize, and train others on biometric solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Business-level English proficiency • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Product Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience • Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role managing technology products • Experience with biometric technologies and solutions • Experience working with embedded firmware, electro-mechanical products, APIs, and customer-facing software applications • Experience defining requirements and working within cross-functional product development environments • Knowledge of Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) and related security technologies • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions • Ability to work effectively in a remote and global team environment • Comfortable using Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for communication and tracking • Applicants must be currently and legally authorized to reside and work in Brazil • Immigration sponsorship is not available • Experience with Agile SAFe product development methodologies and tools is preferred • Experience working with access control readers, credential technologies, or identity solutions is preferred • Advanced degree in a technical or business-related discipline is preferred • Proficient in Jira for backlog and board management is preferred • Familiar with Miro, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams is preferred
