📋 Description

• Serve as the primary legal point of contact for Sales, Sales Operations (ADV), Product and IT teams • Respond to customer questionnaires and requests related to data protection, artificial intelligence and compliance • Support teams in understanding and applying legal requirements and risks • Negotiate and draft standard commercial agreements: SaaS contracts, NDAs, supplier agreements and partnership contracts • Continuously improve contract templates • Secure the company’s commitments in a growing business environment • Contribute to maintaining GDPR compliance and the AI regulatory framework • Participate in updating internal policies, documentation and audits • Conduct legal analyses of regulatory developments • Maintain active legal monitoring • Formalize and centralize legal documentation • Improve accessibility of legal resources for internal teams • Optimize legal processes and tools • Train and raise awareness among teams on GDPR, AI and contract issues • Promote best practices in a clear, user-friendly way • Work closely with Sales and Product teams • Report to the Senior Counsel and maintain direct links with management

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law (Master II or equivalent), preferably in Digital Law / ICT or equivalent • At least 1 year of in-house experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment • Strong knowledge of the GDPR • Genuine interest in issues related to the AI Act • Solid contract law skills • Fluent English (C1) required • Ability to draft and negotiate in English • Rigour and autonomy • Service-oriented mindset • Ability to explain legal matters to non-legal teams
