📋 Description

• Lead complex client projects, including ROI studies, 360-degree projects, predictive analyses, impact studies, and group debriefings. • Apply appropriate statistical methods and AI tools to transform data into clear, decision-oriented insights. • Participate in client training sessions by providing the scientific perspective. • Design presentation formats that make science accessible without compromising rigor. • Support AE/AM sales teams on topics with a strong scientific component and lead highly technical client discussions. • Contribute to product initiatives, particularly in-app onboarding journeys. • Share client insights with the Product and Science teams. • Ensure the rigor of scientific messaging and deliverables internally. • Serve as the link between the Science team and field teams, and contribute to upskilling CSM, AM, and AE teams. • Turn complex, bespoke projects into reusable and scalable methodologies. • Design AI-augmented workflows and promote best practices internally. • Represent AssessFirst’s scientific voice through webinars, content, and speaking engagements, particularly internationally.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English, as our team and clients are international. • Degree in psychology (occupational or organizational) or equivalent, combined with a strong background in psychometrics. • Proficiency in quantitative analysis methods and the ability to independently analyze and interpret client datasets. • Demonstrated experience in consulting or client support on complex topics. • Strong interest in and advanced proficiency with applied AI.
