📋 Description

• Source candidates for international positions • Publish open positions across free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms • Review and process candidate resumes provided by the company • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates across their respective time zones • Conduct 2 to 3 first-round video interviews per day • Record every video interview for leadership reporting • Evaluate candidate potential • Maintain accurate daily logs and track candidate pipelines • Submit structured daily reports • Represent Assetara Limited on camera • Report directly to top management

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction • Professional presentation skills • High confidence on camera • Prior experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is preferred • Dedicated home office setup with a high-definition webcam • Clear microphone • Stable high-speed internet connection • Ability to communicate with candidates via Email and WhatsApp • Ability to conduct 2 to 3 video interviews per day, Monday to Friday • Mandatory recording of every video interview • Submit a CV and a 1–2 minute video resume via WhatsApp or Telegram
