📋 Description

• Publish open job positions across free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms • Review and process candidate resumes provided directly by the company • Communicate with candidates via Email and WhatsApp to schedule interview slots across time zones • Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews per day, Monday to Friday • Record every video interview for leadership reporting • Maintain accurate daily logs and track candidate pipelines • Submit structured daily reports • Represent Assetara Limited on camera • Evaluate candidate potential • Report directly to top management

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction • Professional presentation skills • High confidence on camera • Prior experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles preferred • Dedicated home office setup • High-definition webcam • Clear microphone • Stable high-speed internet connection • Ability to conduct 2 to 3 video interviews per day, Monday to Friday • Ability to record every video interview • Ability to communicate with candidates via Email and WhatsApp
