📋 Description

• Analysis and support of change processes in organizations • Develop meaningful strategies for successful change processes • Support in developing an open mindset toward change • Advising on engaging change initiatives and guiding clients through implementation phases

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • At least 5 years of professional experience in change projects • Of which at least 2 years as a Change Manager • Solid methodological knowledge in change management (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR) • Experience in managing teams and in leading workshops, trainings, and change processes • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
