📋 Description

• Proactive stakeholder management and smooth project communication • Developing innovative solutions to successfully deliver client projects • Advising on change initiatives such as digital and agile transformations • Delivering tailored, practical training sessions • Promoting an agile mindset as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • At least three years of professional experience in project management • Solid methodological knowledge in both traditional (waterfall) and agile project management • Experience managing small teams • Confident presence when engaging with management-level stakeholders • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel
