📋 Description

• Project managers plan, organize and control IT projects that require collaboration among specialists from different disciplines. • Leading complex consulting projects & program streams: You lead demanding projects or subprojects within larger programs — including planning, project control, cost management and the application of established project management methods. • Business development & client relationships: You actively support the acquisition of new projects, take on lead roles in strategic bids when required, and maintain excellent, long-term client relationships with a strong customer focus. • Technical expertise & professional advisory: You bring in-depth know-how in at least one area such as server, storage, networking, SAP or Enterprise Service Management and act as a technical sparring partner for clients and internal teams — without taking on architecture responsibility. • Leadership, coaching & quality assurance: You act as a coach, mentor and reviewer, actively contribute to the development of colleagues and projects, and ensure content quality. • Communication & stakeholder management: You communicate confidently with executive levels up to C‑level, translate complex issues into understandable terms and convince stakeholders through structured, audience-appropriate presentation. • Working style & mindset: You work proactively, flexibly and solution-oriented, remain resilient in challenging situations and act as a motivated self-starter who provides momentum with a strong customer focus.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive consulting experience: You have at least 7 years of experience in strategy consulting — ideally with a focus on IT infrastructure, enterprise architectures and change management. • Solid academic background: You hold a degree in business, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable field. • Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL or COBIT. • Industry understanding: You are familiar with the specifics and challenges of relevant industries such as Automotive, Life Sciences, Financial Services or the public sector. • Strong strategic thinking: You demonstrate analytical strength, initiative, goal orientation and assertiveness. • Leadership & communication: You inspire and motivate teams, communicate clearly and effectively, and present yourself confidently and customer-focused — both verbally and in writing. • Work style & flexibility: Team-oriented, motivated, willing to travel and proficient in German and English — enabling you to work successfully on our projects.
