• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss • mind. drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement • fundierte Methodenkenntnisse im klassischen sowie agilen Projektmanagement (idealerweise mit Zertifizierungen) • Erfahrungen im Steuern von kleinen Teams • Strukturierte Leitung von Workshops • sichere Kommunikation auf Managementebene • fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • reisebereit und vor Ort bei Kunden arbeiten wollen • neugierig, kommunikativ, humorvoll, emphatisch
