📋 Description

• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural and implementation decisions • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Vue.js, PrimeViu, JavaScript, PHP, and Symfony • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to software developers and QA engineers • Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and maintainable development processes • Conduct code reviews and ensure consistent code quality • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, evaluate solutions, and identify implementation risks • Partner with QA to improve testing strategies and software quality • Lead the adoption of AI in software development and testing • Balance hands-on development with technical leadership and team coordination • Develop strategic consulting, technology services, and business process outsourcing software solutions for AssureSoft’s clients

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional software development experience, including demonstrated technical leadership • Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js, PrimeViu, or comparable component-based JavaScript frameworks • Solid backend development experience with PHP and Symfony • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern web application development • Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL • Strong understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, and system integrations • Experience designing and maintaining scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications • Proficiency with Git, collaborative development workflows, and code reviews • Proven experience mentoring engineers and providing technical direction • Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and complex problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical decision-making skills • Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices • Ability to lead AI adoption in software development and testing • Nice to have: Experience with Python and AWS services, including ECS, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB • Nice to have: Familiarity with GitHub Actions, cloud deployments, Docker, application security, and performance optimization
