📋 Description

• Understand clients' strategic, operational and organizational challenges • Conduct current-state diagnostics of processes, practices, data and tools • Facilitate workshops with business, project and IT stakeholders • Document needs, pain points, opportunities and transformation priorities • Define coherent, pragmatic, value-oriented target visions • Build realistic, structured and controllable transformation roadmaps • Translate business needs into functional specifications and guiding principles • Contribute to scoping and deploying appropriate digital solutions • Produce clear, actionable deliverables for client and project teams • Support operational management of transformation projects • Prepare and support change management for users and managers • Identify risks and points of blockage

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school or university • At least 3 years' experience in digital transformation, AMOA (owner-side project support), organizational consulting or process improvement in industrial environments • Interest in industrial digital environments and large-scale transformation solutions (PLM, etc.) • Experience in the nuclear, energy or industrial infrastructure sectors is highly valued • Strong analytical skills and ability to model business processes • Ability to structure complex topics and produce actionable recommendations • Good understanding of change management and adoption challenges • Professional proficiency in English is a plus
