📋 Description

• Acquisition and support of new customers through research, networking, and cold calling • Analysis and qualification of leads • Maintenance of existing customer relationships and documentation in the CRM • Close cooperation with marketing, customer service, and the sales team • Communication with customers by phone, email, and in-person meetings • Analysis of sales figures and derivation of action measures

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Printing and Media Technology or commercial vocational training; alternatively, professional experience in the printing industry • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Experience with CRM/ERP systems • MS Office skills are an advantage • High willingness to travel and flexibility for assignments • Good written and spoken English desirable • Professional experience required
