📋 Description

• Direct management of 3 to 4 SEO Team Leads • Structuring and continuous improvement of SEO processes • Overseeing the quality of deliverables and the overall strategic vision • Supporting Team Leads in developing their managerial skills • 1 to 2 days per month of client-facing production work to stay connected to field realities • Participation in key decisions: service offerings, positioning, organization • Main KPI: overall churn of the SEO department

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an SEO agency • Proven experience managing SEO teams • Strategic vision, performance-oriented, and customer-focused • Comfortable in fast-growing environments • Ability to structure, prioritize, and make decisions
