📋 Description

• Analyze training needs and learning objectives to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement • Design educational materials, including courses, modules, guides, and manuals, using instructional methodologies • Develop interactive and multimedia content, including videos, simulations, and assessments • Collaborate with subject matter experts • Apply pedagogical principles and learning technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Education in pedagogy or a related field in instructional design • At least 4 years of proven experience in instructional design • Portfolio required • C1 English proficiency • B2 French proficiency • Experience with Articulate Storyline • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate • Knowledge of instructional methodologies • Knowledge of pedagogical principles and learning technologies • Ability to work with LMS and authoring tools
