📋 Description

• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, API, and post-deployment testing across web-based applications and related systems • Review user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria and provide feedback to improve clarity, completeness, and testability • Develop and maintain test cases, checklists, scenarios, test plans, and other QA documentation • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects while collaborating closely with developers through resolution and validation • Maintain and expand regression test suites to support consistent release quality • Conduct release-readiness assessments, post-deployment validation, and risk analysis before and after production changes • Evaluate application behavior against established technical standards, requirements, and expected outcomes • Continuously improve QA processes, testing practices, documentation standards, and quality-control workflows • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive testing activities and improve the efficiency and consistency of QA processes • Collaborate with developers, product stakeholders, and other internal teams throughout the software development lifecycle • Communicate testing status, defects, risks, blockers, and release-readiness concerns clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or software testing, with strong manual-testing experience • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software testing techniques, defect management, and the software development lifecycle • Experience testing complex web applications across user interface, backend, integration, and API layers • Ability to develop high-quality test cases, checklists, scenarios, and supporting test documentation • Experience using QA, development, or defect-management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar tools • Working understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience testing within integrated development and deployment environments • Experience working within Agile or Scrum development teams • Basic knowledge of T-SQL with the ability to use data to support testing and validation activities • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document defects, risks, test results, and technical information clearly • English proficiency at B2 level or higher • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience (desirable) • Experience developing or maintaining automated test cases, scripts, or testing frameworks (desirable) • Familiarity with API-testing tools and techniques (desirable) • Experience contributing to QA process improvement, test automation, or broader quality-engineering initiatives (desirable) • Experience working closely with DevOps or software engineering teams in a continuous delivery environment (desirable) • Strong technical curiosity with an interest in improving testing efficiency, coverage, and release quality (desirable) • Experience helping establish or mature QA standards, documentation, or repeatable testing practices (desirable)
