📋 Description

• Own and evolve user interfaces for internal tools • Build and improve front-end user interfaces as the primary focus • Take ownership of Power BI reports and dashboards • Own the Power BI report-deployment process • Build and update individual Power BI reports during onboarding • Field Power BI requests directly from client-facing teams • Deliver Power BI report and dashboard updates • Ship measurable UI improvements • Define and document standard measures, naming conventions, and templates for consistent reporting • Help shape a new internal configuration-management interface from the ground up • Collaborate with Engineering and client-facing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience • Strong, hands-on front-end web development skills (React or similar) • Solid, hands-on Power BI experience sufficient for ownership of report and dashboard delivery • Working knowledge of Power BI data layer: semantic models, DAX, Power Query/M • SQL knowledge • Comfort learning and eventually owning an existing Python-based deployment/automation codebase • Strong written and spoken English • Experience partnering with engineers and cross-functional or client-facing teams • Strong eye for design and usability • Judgment to improve deployment-process robustness by reducing brittle, manual steps • Preferred: Experience with Power BI Projects (PBIP) and TMDL semantic-model definitions • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Preferred: Experience with design systems, component libraries, or UX tooling such as Figma • Preferred: Familiarity with Azure Resource Graph, Log Analytics/KQL, and Microsoft Sentinel
