📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, modular, and reusable web UI components and micro frontends • Provide technical leadership and hands-on development using React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components • Drive front-end development best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability • Lead performance optimization for fast, responsive, and accessible web applications • Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and business stakeholders • Leverage Azure services for deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational support • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Ensure code quality and security standards through SonarQube and Mend • Define and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices • Support requirement analysis, solution design, estimation, and technical planning • Manage stakeholder and client interactions and provide technical guidance aligned with business objectives • Mentor and coach developers and foster technical growth and continuous improvement • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions • Design technical training and knowledge-sharing initiatives • Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability throughout the application lifecycle • Lead UI developers and coordinate sprint activities, deliverables, and technical reviews • Drive technical decision-making and guide complex implementation challenges • Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams • Act as the primary technical point of contact for UI-related client and stakeholder discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Location: EST TimeZone (Mex or Arg) • Advanced English • Expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components • Experience with micro frontend architecture • Knowledge of Redux and React Query • Experience with React Router • Experience with Azure services • Experience designing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Experience with SonarQube and Mend • Ability to lead UI developers and coordinate sprint activities, deliverables, and technical reviews • Ability to provide technical guidance on complex implementation challenges • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and maintain consistent delivery standards • Ability to act as the primary technical point of contact for UI-related client and stakeholder discussions
