📋 Description
• Deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem • Independently lead client engagements from discovery through production deployment • Execute data workshops, assessments & blueprinting, and platform implementations • Own technical architecture decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders • Develop and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Fabric-native tooling • Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric (end-to-end platform capabilities) • Strong experience with Azure Data Factory • Advanced proficiency in Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala preferred) • Experience designing modern data architectures (lakehouse, medallion, ELT/ETL patterns) • Strong understanding of Azure data services and ecosystem integration • Proven ability to independently deliver consulting engagements • Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills • Experience leading workshops, assessments, and architecture design sessions • Ability to operate with minimal oversight after onboarding • High ownership mentality and accountability • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
