📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems • Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights • Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms • Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams • Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations • Research new tools and solutions to support growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience • Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills • Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate • Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments • Native or near-native English fluency • Experience in higher education marketing is a bonus • Experience with Paid Media or SEO performance reporting is a bonus • Exposure to CRO (conversion rate optimization) initiatives is a bonus • Experience managing analysts, contractors, or analytics resources is a bonus • Agency experience supporting multiple client accounts is a bonus • Familiarity with predictive analytics or statistical analysis techniques is a bonus
