• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements • Audit client and competitor marketing experiences, including websites, email, and inquiry flows • Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing • Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates • Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams • QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership • Own research, data, synthesis, audits, and first-draft reports supporting higher education marketing strategy engagements • Run defined, repeatable engagements nearly end to end and provide organized findings for complex strategic projects
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment • Strong written English • Experience pulling and working with data from third-party research platforms or databases • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation • Ability to synthesize findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries • Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision • Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or an equivalent presentation tool • Experience at a marketing agency or in a client-services environment is a bonus • Experience producing client-facing deliverables is a bonus • Familiarity with higher education marketing is a bonus
