📋 Description

• Install, upgrade, and administer the z/OS operating system, including RSU maintenance • Perform system changes in line with Atos security standards and internal controls • Provide IPL support and resolve JES2/JES3 issues • Maintain TSO/ISPF environments, including CLIST, REXX, and PROC maintenance • Perform MVS tuning and manage PARMLIB • Create and manage LPARs • Execute SMP/E activities including Receive, Apply, USERMOD, and exit management • Install and upgrade ISV products such as CA1, CA7, CA11, Syncsort, File-Aid, Abend-Aid, Mainview, System Automation, ASG, and BMC products • Support testing, implementation, and deployment of new or improved systems and product upgrades • Collaborate with internal teams, management, and clients to drive continuous service improvement • Participate in on-call rotation as required

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, and administration of z/OS • Strong working knowledge of SMP/E • Proficiency in JCL, ISPF, REXX, CLIST, and SMP/E • Experience with multiple mainframe products including security, resource, performance, storage, scheduling, application, and hardware management tools • Verbal and written proficiency in English. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a relevant technical certification • Experience supporting enterprise mainframe environments • Hands-on involvement in z/OS installations and upgrades
