📋 Description

• Support HR clients in day-to-day operations and contribute to SAP HCM implementation, migration, and S/4HANA conversion projects • Configure and customize SAP HCM Fiori ESS/MSS apps, both standard and customer-specific • Digitize and optimize HR workflows, such as leave requests, travel expense claims, time recording (CATS), and payslips • Further develop Fiori/UI5 applications to enhance user experience and mobility • Integrate with the SAP HCM backend and ensure data integration • Develop custom reports and solutions in SAP HCM using ABAP/ABAP OO • Customize and configure ESS/MSS and the Fiori Launchpad • Support and train users in the use of self-services

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field • More than 5 years of experience and extensive knowledge of SAP Employee & Manager Self-Services • Knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Organizational Management • Extensive knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, OData services, and Web Dynpro • Extensive knowledge of ABAP/ABAP OO, BAdIs, BAPIs, and user exits • Extensive knowledge of implementing apps on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and applying the clean core approach • Extensive knowledge of migrations from SAP ECC to H4S4 and integration scenarios, such as SAP SuccessFactors/H4S4, in the SAP BTP and Integration Suite (CPI) environment • Knowledge of setting up roles and authorizations for frontend and backend systems • Understanding of HR processes • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English skills
