📋 Description
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) • Measure quantities from engineering drawings • Prepare construction cost estimates • Assist with tender submissions • Evaluate subcontractor quotations • Monitor project costs and variations • Prepare progress payment claims • Assist with contract administration • Maintain cost databases
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management • 3–6 years' relevant experience • Experience using CostX, Cubit, Bluebeam, Excel, or similar software • Good understanding of FIDIC or other standard construction contracts • Strong numerical and analytical skills
