The solution is trained and customized to each procuradoria's reality to help prosecutors, managers and advisors focus on strategic tasks while routine processing and automation run in the background.

📋 Description

• Configure and maintain operational workflows according to defined business rules • Develop process automations, including conditional rules, exceptions, and validations • Configure and monitor integrations between systems, APIs, webhooks, and external services • Work alongside BI and AI teams to operationalize analytical decisions within the system • Identify failures in automated flows and propose structural improvements • Ensure technical documentation for completed configurations • Support functional testing and validation of implemented rules • Contribute to the standardization and governance of automated flows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Experience configuring workflows and automating processes • Knowledge of conditional logic and business rules • Experience with API integrations, including REST, authentication, and testing • Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and verification (preferred) • Ability to interpret functional requirements • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to structure solutions logically and consistently • Clear communication with technical and business teams • Accountability for the quality of deliverables • Proactive identification of opportunities for operational improvement • Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn new automation tools • Ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure • Strong ethical standards
