📋 Description

• Work across the entire operation and handle cases in the queues, following leadership direction, priorities and agreed actions • Keep queues and case follow-ups up to date • Execute actions proposed and agreed with leadership, respecting the agreed deadlines • Work autonomously on standard cases and escalate critical and complex cases to senior analysts and leadership • Deepen knowledge of the team’s operational workflow and develop technical expertise in real estate law, contract law and risk analysis • Maintain performance within targets, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines • Update systems and databases according to established standards • Proactively report critical cases, problematic situations and operational errors • Identify opportunities and propose improvements or adjustments • Assist in implementing action plans and area projects when requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Financial Management or related fields • Experience with administrative routines in the real estate segment • Intermediate English • Knowledge or developing knowledge in real estate law, contract law and risk analysis • Familiarity with area targets and the systems used in the operation • Experience with Google Workspace, ONR Registrars, Salesforce and Zendesk is desirable • Law degree (completed or in progress) is a plus
