📋 Description

• Develop and keep the system test strategy up to date. • Create, maintain, and update test scripts and artifacts. • Monitor the development of requirements from conception. • Maintain test data, scripts, artifacts, simulators, routines, and business processes of the systems. • Manage and plan testing activities, including strategies, plans, test cases, and scripts. • Create and execute automated and manual scripts, recording and analyzing results. • Execute acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, functional, and non-functional tests. • Build mocks, stubs, and simulators to enable testing. • Evaluate non-functional performance requirements using tools and monitors. • Monitor test coverage and work to increase it. • Log defects and assess test cycle results. • Support managers and teams in the validation and approval of requirements. • Create tests based on business scenarios, user experience, and defects. • Understand systems, business, requirements, development, and testing throughout the development cycle. • Implement ATDD, BDD, and/or Specification by Example. • Maintain system cycles in client staging and lab environments. • Plan and execute tests according to available scope and timelines. • Assess security aspects as outlined by OWASP. • Use automation, performance, planning, test management, and test execution tools. • Develop, monitor, and evolve Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), including user experiments and result monitoring. • Define, control, and report performance indicators for innovations and new products. • Coordinate actions across multidisciplinary teams. • Work with partners to define, prioritize, and provide guidance on solutions and schedules. • Identify security vulnerabilities and propose system improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; or any bachelor's degree with a postgraduate certificate in Information Technology of at least 360 hours. • Hold at least one of the following certifications or equivalent: ATC/IBQTS, CBTS/ALATS, CTFL, CTFL-AT/BSTQB, or ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level – Agile Tester. • Preferred 3 years of experience in planning, executing, and automating functional and non-functional tests, environment management, test data management, and system security. • Knowledge of software test execution and automation. • Knowledge of testing tools, bug tracking, test data generation, and automation tools, such as Datapool. • Knowledge of requirements validation in both agile and traditional methodologies. • Knowledge of OWASP criteria for security testing. • Knowledge of test modeling based on business scenarios and defects. • Knowledge of test notations and technical test documentation.
