📋 Description

• Provide technical support and perform preventive and corrective maintenance in middleware environments (ODI, WebLogic, Oracle iAS, IIS and JBoss) • Monitor the availability, performance and health of application and integration servers • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to integration failures, deployments, queues, connectivity and environment configurations • Execute application deployments and updates in homologation (staging) and production environments • Troubleshoot logs, threads, memory and performance issues on application servers • Configure and maintain data sources, connection pools, certificates and security parameters • Collaborate with development, infrastructure and database teams to resolve problems • Document technical procedures, incidents and applied solutions • Participate in ticket-handling routines within established SLAs • Propose continuous improvements in performance, security and automation for the environments under your responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience supporting and administering middleware environments • Technical knowledge of at least one of the following technologies, preferably more than one: ODI (Oracle Data Integrator), Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle iAS, IIS (Internet Information Services), JBoss/WildFly • Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems • Bachelor's degree (completed)
