📋 Description

• Act as the first level of support and point of contact for a major national client in the telecommunications sector • Provide technical support to users, aiming for timely and satisfactory resolution • Monitor and ensure system availability • Handle client requests via the ticketing system, email, and phone • Log service interactions in ticket management tools • Monitor the client's environment, checking systems and machines • Analyze and perform preventive maintenance in the client's environments • Maintain the monitoring system • Receive and execute service requests (SR) • Receive and analyze incident tickets • Provide workarounds to minimize customer impact • Engage and escalate to other teams when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Basic computer literacy • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office • Basic knowledge of Unix • Availability to work a 12x36 schedule • High school diploma (completed) • Clear and effective communication • Teamwork • Initiative • Logical reasoning • Critical thinking and a sense of urgency • Basic English (reading and writing) • Preferred: intermediate IT knowledge (systems and hardware) • Preferred: experience in customer-facing support • Preferred: experience with ticketing tools
