📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the system testing strategy • Build, maintain, and update the scripts, test data, artifacts, simulators, routines, and processes required to execute tests • Follow the development of requirements from the conceptual stage • Manage and plan testing activities and develop test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts • Create and execute automated and manual scripts, recording and analyzing results • Perform acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, functional, and non-functional testing, including exploratory, connectivity, vulnerability, stress, and load testing • Build mocks, stubs, and simulators to enable testing • Evaluate non-functional performance requirements using specialized tools and monitors • Monitor test coverage and promote its expansion when necessary • Log identified defects and link them to the relevant work products • Evaluate the results of each testing cycle • Support managers and teams in the acceptance testing of system requirements • Create tests based on business scenarios, experience, and defects • Understand the systems under test, the business context, requirements, programming, and testing, acting as a co-owner of the development lifecycle • Perform ATDD, BDD, and/or Specification by Example • Maintain active system cycles in acceptance testing and in the client's laboratory environment, including daily and monthly routines, batch processes, and interfaces • Plan and execute tests by aligning the discipline's scope with the available timeline • Evaluate security aspects identified by OWASP • Use automation, performance, and test planning, management, and execution tools • Create scripts using specialized tools and execute automation with variable test data sets (datapools) • Identify security vulnerabilities and propose system improvements • Develop, monitor, and evolve Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), including experiments with end users or test groups and monitoring of results • Define, control, and report performance indicators for innovations and new products • Coordinate activities among multidisciplinary teams, focusing on short-, medium-, and long-term results • Work with partners to define, prioritize, and guide solutions and schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a completed bachelor's degree in any field accompanied by a certificate of a postgraduate program (specialization, master's, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology, totaling at least 360 hours • At least one required or equivalent certification: ATC – Certified Test Analyst from IBQTS; CBTS – Brazilian Software Testing Certification from ALATS; certification from the Latin American Software Testing Association or equivalent/similar certifications; CTFL – Certified Tester Foundation Level; CTFL-AT – Certified Tester Foundation Level – Agile Tester from BSTQB; or ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level – Agile Tester • At least 3 years of experience preferred in planning, executing, and automating functional and non-functional tests, as well as managing environments, test data, and system security • Knowledge of software test execution and automation • Knowledge of testing, bug-tracking, test-data generation, and automation tools, such as datapools • Knowledge of requirements validation in agile and traditional methodologies • Knowledge of OWASP criteria for security testing • Knowledge of modeling tests based on business scenarios and defects • Knowledge of testing notations and technical documentation
