📋 Description

• Conduct onboarding for new clients • Analyze data related to taxation and MEI registration/deregistration • Validate economic activities (CNAEs) and their compatibility with the tax regime • Verify and confirm the company’s address • Review and validate all documentation required for company incorporation • Ensure information is accurate and complete in internal systems • Maintain active communication with clients, providing guidance and clarifying doubts throughout the process • Ensure clients complete the onboarding process with confidence and clarity • Review and correct issues in the onboarding process, ensuring efficient submission to the Legalization Department

🎯 Requirements

• Experience/knowledge in process review • Experience with client/customer interaction • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills • Intermediate knowledge of company formation • Intermediate knowledge of tax accounting • Knowledge of workflow processes • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
