📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze the performance and quality of vintages and the credit portfolio, identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities • Evaluate, design, and manage credit policies to increase approval rates while maintaining strict control over default levels and expected loss • Develop simulation models, A/B tests, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic lending and credit limit decisions • Improve monitoring processes and periodic reporting, ensuring greater predictability of metrics for leadership and partner teams (Product, Risk, Commercial, and Finance) • Understand real estate business dynamics to establish well-founded assumptions and recommendations for decision-making • Collaborate with Data, Technology, and Product teams to enable implementation of new rules and enhancements in decision engines • Contribute to the development of risk mitigation processes and to strengthening Loft’s data-driven culture

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of credit policy management, default indicators, risk management, and portfolio/vintage analysis • Strong analytical skills to turn complex data into clear diagnoses and strategic business assumptions • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) • Business acumen to balance growth in approvals with portfolio risk control • Clear, assertive communication to present analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to diverse audiences and support executive decision-making • Proactive, ownership mindset, and results-oriented in a dynamic environment • Previous experience in fintechs, financial institutions, or the real estate/tenant guarantee market is a plus
