📋 Description

• Implement Nomus ERP management software for clients through online meetings or in-person sessions when necessary. • Understand clients’ processes and needs. • Guide clients in configuring the software to ensure project success. • Train users on how to use the system. • Enable clients to apply management practices related to the implementation. • Simulate and validate implemented workflows with users at client companies. • Support clients as their businesses grow, ensuring that the solution’s benefits are tangible. • Engage clients in using Nomus Industrial ERP to increase efficiency and support better decision-making. • Monitor project progress and turn clients into success stories.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. • Availability to work 40 hours per week remotely, with flexible working hours. • Passion for production engineering, business management, and information technology. • Desire to transform the management of small and medium-sized Brazilian industries. • Initiative, eagerness to learn, and commitment. • At least intermediate English proficiency for reading and writing. • Professional experience implementing ERP management software is desirable but not required. • Professional experience in manufacturing industries is desirable but not required. • Professional experience providing business management consulting services is desirable but not required.
