⢠Ensure the functionality, stability and quality of digital solutions developed by the Software Factory ⢠Develop and execute functional, integration and regression test plans ⢠Identify and document defects ⢠Validate technical and business requirements ⢠Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the development lifecycle ⢠Facilitate and coordinate synchronization across multiple Agile teams working together to deliver large increments of value (Release Trains) ⢠Manage dependencies, risks and impediments at the program level ⢠Ensure continuous flow of work ⢠Coordinate testing with stakeholders
đŻ Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree or higher ⢠SAFe RTE (Release Train Engineer) certification ⢠Preferably 4 years of experience coordinating multiple Agile teams ⢠Knowledge of functional testing ⢠Knowledge of technical requirements
