📋 Description
• Ensure the functionality, stability and quality of digital solutions developed by the Software Factory • Develop and execute functional, integration and regression test plans • Identify and document defects • Validate technical and business requirements • Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the development lifecycle • Facilitate and coordinate synchronization across multiple Agile teams working together to deliver large increments of value (Release Trains) • Manage dependencies, risks and impediments at the program level • Ensure continuous flow of work • Coordinate testing with stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher • SAFe RTE (Release Train Engineer) certification • Preferably 4 years of experience coordinating multiple Agile teams • Knowledge of functional testing • Knowledge of technical requirements
