The solution is trained and customized to each procuradoria's reality to help prosecutors, managers and advisors focus on strategic tasks while routine processing and automation run in the background.

📋 Description

• Execute and lead production changes (GMUD), deployments, and version updates for each client, including planning, rollback, and evidence of results • Support Kubernetes clusters by troubleshooting pods, probes, capacity, autoscaling, and upgrades • Maintain and enhance the GitOps deployment workflow and database migrations with Flyway • Handle incidents and technical support requests from clients, including root cause analysis • Manage certificates, DNS, ingress, and platform components, including Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, and MinIO • Manage access and identities in Keycloak, Rancher, GitLab, and VPN environments, with documented approval and least-privilege access • Remediate vulnerabilities and move secrets into a vault • Automate recurring tasks and standardize environments • Improve monitoring and alerting to detect issues before they affect users • Support FinOps initiatives, including cost analysis by cluster and rightsizing • Use AI to accelerate operations, always with validation • Document decisions, runbooks, and completed activities

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience or hands-on training in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE; suitable for Junior-level candidates • Knowledge of Linux and networking (DNS, HTTP, TLS/certificates) • Experience with Docker and containers • Knowledge of Kubernetes, varying by seniority level • Knowledge of Git and CI/CD (GitLab or similar) • Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, or similar) • Scripting or programming experience in Python or Shell • Experience with a cloud platform (OCI, AWS, or similar) • Clear written communication and attention to documentation and evidence • Everyday use of AI • Ownership, resilience, and composure under pressure • Security-focused approach without unnecessary bureaucracy • Willingness to provide technical leadership, collaborate, and mentor • Nice-to-have: Flux or Argo CD, Kustomize/Helm, Rancher, Flyway, Oracle/PostgreSQL, Java/JVM in containers, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis, Terraform/IaC, Vault, External Secrets, security tools integrated into the delivery pipeline, CKA/CKAD/CKS/OCI/AWS certifications, regulated or public-sector environments, and AI applied to operations
