• Manage organization of key client projects • Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities • Assist in writing creative briefs and developing presentations • Develop detailed project plans to track progress • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Regular status reporting to track project progress • Ensure deliverables have no errors and exceed client expectations • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Unify the team for a common goal and empower team members to apply outstanding ideas
