📋 Description

• Lead major cloud projects • Work on software development projects for clients • Develop and deploy cloud infrastructure and deployment processes • Take on team leadership responsibility for the team and clients • Learn and perform responsibilities in team leadership and business management • Collaborate and act as a sparring partner with the founder • Participate in internal knowledge sharing and provide expert support

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience in software development and/or DevOps • Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes • Several years of experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Expertise in at least one programming language, such as Python, C++, C, Rust, or Go • Willingness to take responsibility for the team and clients as a Team Lead • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Growth mindset and ambition for personal development
