📋 Description

• Own the technical vision and architecture for web applications • Lead end-to-end development of new user-facing features • Break fuzzy ideas into clear specifications, edge cases, and phased plans • Build intuitive and responsive UIs from Figma mocks • Optimize application performance, focusing on Core Web Vitals • Evolve React/Next.js structure, including routing, state, and code-splitting rules • Define React Query caching, retries, and optimistic updates • Build a cross-platform component library with Storybook • Work with design and product leadership to create a delightful experience • Represent engineering in the roadmap and balance value, effort, and risk • Rapidly prototype UI/UX to de-risk major initiatives with design

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer • 3+ years of experience building and shipping web applications with React and Next.js • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React, and React Native • Experience creating websites from Figma mocks • Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles • Keen eye for detail, particularly in ensuring UI elements' visual quality and interactivity • Experience polishing UI in collaboration with a designer • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Detox
