📋 Description

• Understand and interpret complex geological profiles • Define geological stratigraphy and parameters using machine drilled boreholes, CPT, DMT, shear-wave based testing, and laboratory testing • Perform shallow and deep foundation design for buildings, bridges, civil and industrial infrastructure • Design retaining walls • Conduct static and seismic slope stability analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 20 years of experience with NZ / Aus experience • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree, or an equivalent Master's degree • Ability to understand and interpret complex geological profiles • Ability to define geological stratigraphy and parameters using machine drilled boreholes, CPT, DMT, shear-wave based testing, and laboratory testing • Knowledge of soft soil and seismic/liquefaction experience would be an advantage • Experience with shallow and deep foundation design for buildings, bridges, civil and industrial infrastructure • Experience with retaining wall design • Experience with static and seismic slope stability analysis • Knowledge and experience with Plaxis, Geostudio, RocScience, and CLiq software would be an advantage
