📋 Description

• Build prospect lists, enrich data, and automate targeted outbound campaigns • Connect Clay, HubSpot, and AI platforms into reliable workflows • Maintain current CRM stages, owners, next steps, and follow-up dates • Provide leadership with clear pipeline reports and flag stalled deals • Test and improve meetings booked, conversion, and team productivity • Build practical systems used daily by the Chief Growth Officer and leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining GTM automations or integrations • Experience with Clay or similar tools, CRM, and marketing automation • HubSpot experience strongly preferred • Experience with outbound prospecting, data enrichment, and pipeline reporting • Practical AI use beyond asking questions in a chat window • C1-level English, spoken and written • Ability to explain what you built and follow through on delivery • Based in Latin America or the Philippines • Available full-time during US business hours • Healthcare or health technology experience is a strong advantage • SQL/Python is a strong advantage • Account-based marketing is a strong advantage
