📋 Description

• Ensure the quality, organization, and reliability of data used by the Customer Experience (CX) team. • Translate operational and lead/customer journey data into insights for leadership. • Design, deliver, and maintain reports and dashboards tracking CX metrics and business growth levers. • Connect information across marketing, sales, product, and customer experience. • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, performance forecasts, and targets. • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve conversion, productivity, activation, and retention. • Advise leadership on actions based on analytical findings. • Administer and configure operational tools. • Build and evolve automations, integrations, and tools for CX operations. • Map, document, and improve processes from demand generation through retention and expansion. • Explore practical applications of AI for productivity, automation, and analytical quality. • Serve as the liaison with Aurum’s data team to align CX needs with data guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in RevOps or CX Ops. • Experience working at SaaS companies. • Experience analyzing metrics, building financial models, and forecasting results. • Knowledge of metrics such as CAC, conversion, activation, churn, retention, and recurring revenue. • Knowledge of automation and tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, and Claude. • Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or BigQuery. • Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or similar platforms. • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or similar tools. • Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and an investigative, analytical mindset. • Preferred: experience at B2B companies. • Preferred: advanced knowledge of Python. • Preferred: experience with Scrum, Kanban, or tools such as Notion. • Preferred: experience with customer engagement journeys. • Preferred: familiarity with AI tools applied to operations, productivity, or decision-making.
