📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and evolution of the Data function. • Define and execute the data roadmap in alignment with business objectives. • Lead, develop, and structure Data teams. • Ensure the continued evolution of Data architecture, platforms, products, and solutions. • Define priorities and make strategic decisions related to the Data ecosystem. • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reliability standards. • Partner closely with Technology, Product, Operations, and other strategic functions. • Translate business needs into Data solutions and products. • Foster a data-driven culture and expand the use of analytics and intelligence. • Lead data-related modernization, automation, and efficiency initiatives. • Connect technical specialists with executive leadership. • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, including AI applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. • Proven experience leading Data teams. • Technical depth to discuss architecture, platforms, data engineering, analytics, and technical decisions. • Experience in technology environments and/or digital products. • Strong business acumen and the ability to transform business challenges into data-driven solutions. • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization. • Ability to work closely with executive leadership. • Experience in transformation, scaling, and technology evolution environments. • Advanced English proficiency. • Preferred qualifications: experience at technology companies or with digital products; AI/ML; Data Products; cloud platforms and modern Data architectures; Data governance, quality, and observability; leadership of multidisciplinary organizations or Data leaders.
