📋 Description

• Define and execute the data strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives • Lead, develop, and structure Data teams • Ensure the continuous evolution of Data architecture, platforms, products, and solutions • Set priorities and make strategic decisions related to the Data ecosystem • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reliability standards • Partner with Technology, Product, Operations, and other strategic functions • Translate business needs into Data solutions and products • Foster a data-driven culture and expand the use of analytics and intelligence • Lead data-related modernization, automation, and efficiency initiatives • Connect technical specialists with executive leadership • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, including AI applications related to Data

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related fields • Proven experience leading Data teams • Strong technical depth in architecture, platforms, data engineering, analytics, and technical decision-making • Experience in technology and/or digital product environments • Strong business acumen and the ability to transform business problems into data-driven solutions • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization • Ability to work closely with executive leadership • Experience in transformation, scaling, and technology evolution environments • Advanced English proficiency • Preferred qualifications: experience with AI/ML, Data Products, cloud platforms, modern Data architectures, Data governance, quality and observability, and leading multidisciplinary organizations or Data leadership teams
