📋 Description

• Provide actionable insights through data analysis • Maintain dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators • Develop, refine, and maintain data models supporting stakeholder decision-making • Collaborate with Data Delivery, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to integrate analytics into business processes • Assess internal resources, documentation, data sources, and reporting to improve data quality and accuracy • Support and train stakeholders to strengthen data culture and data-driven decision-making • Drive and support analytics projects using an understanding of tech/telecom data

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools • Experience with SQL or comparable expertise analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field, such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, or finance • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders to solve business problems using data and analytics • Advanced/fluency English communication skills, both verbal and written • Experience working in a global, multi-timezone environment is a big plus • Telecom or tech industry experience is a big plus
