📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain complex Google Sheets / Excel workforce models using nested functions, custom formulas, QUERY, and pivot tables. • Perform internal equity analysis and market compensation benchmarking. • Support talent/rewards adjustments and promotion cycles. • Analyze operational expenditure and P&L budget-versus-expense variances across business units. • Create, automate, and refine cross-functional dashboards covering workforce capacity, performance, and contribution trends. • Translate technical, statistical, and financial datasets into executive-ready presentations and briefings. • Partner with People Operations, Finance, and Business Unit leaders on strategic initiatives, data projects, and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, workforce planning, financial analysis (FP&A), or compensation analytics. • High proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel, including advanced custom and complex formulas, QUERY, pivot tables, and nested logic. • Practical working knowledge of SQL to query, extract, and manipulate large datasets. • Hands-on experience with market benchmarking, internal pay equity analysis, and P&L budget vs. expense evaluation. • Exceptional capability to synthesize technical data into clear visual stories and narrative briefings for senior executives. • Professional English proficiency (B2+ or higher) with strong verbal and written communication skills. • High attention to detail with rigorous self-auditing. • Adaptability and comfort with context switching in a dynamic, evolving environment. • Receptive to feedback, open-minded, and motivated to learn and grow.
