📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and implement tracking plans • Help design robust data schemas and govern product events generated at the source • Ensure high-quality data collection through Customer Data Platforms • Analyze user behavior and customer journeys using product analytics platforms and SQL • Identify “Aha! moments,” analyze onboarding funnels, and map customer journeys • Develop and maintain dashboards tracking product performance, feature success, and customer health scores • Create, refine, and maintain performant, clean, and trusted data models • Support internal product decisions and analytics experiences embedded for Sinch customers • Partner strategically with Product and Engineering leadership • Synthesize cross-product insights and connect platform usage data to strategic business outcomes • Train stakeholders to use self-service analytics platforms autonomously • Increase data-informed decision-making across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, or a similar role, with a proven track record of solving business or product problems through data • Strong proficiency in SQL for analyzing large structured datasets and building data models • Familiarity with Looker or similar tools • Experience mapping and analyzing the customer journey, including conversion funnels, retention, cohort analysis, and user behavior • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or business subject such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics • Advanced fluency in English, both verbal and written • Understanding of event-driven tracking, product events architecture, and data schemas • Experience with CDPs such as RudderStack or Segment • Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel • Experience building and maintaining data models using dbt and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery • Experience working in a global company with colleagues and partners across multiple time zones • Telecom, CPaaS, or B2B SaaS experience is a plus
