📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and support them from completed order through vehicle handover • Research current order status in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments • Ensure the smooth delivery of vehicles • Maintain an overview of upcoming tasks and set priorities within the team • Help customers receive their new car as quickly as possible, including delivery to their doorstep in the glass-sided delivery truck

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in dialogue marketing, a call center, or private customer support • Enjoy interacting with customers by phone • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work • Team player with a hands-on mentality • Positive attitude and strong commitment to achieving self-set goals • Fluent German, both written and spoken • English skills are an advantage • Confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
